Firstly, the actual product was amazing! Very good quality and super unique.
Two stars for shipping time and customer service. About TWO MONTHS into waiting for my order, I get an email from them about asking about how I liked the pants. I responded and said I didn’t have it yet. I then got a very passive aggressive email from their customer service about the shipping. Another month goes by, I email again and asking for the ETA. I get someone else who says they will respond shortly with a tracking which I never got. Oh well, at least I actually got it.
