RETURNS, CANCELLATION, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ON ANY ITEM UNLESS DEFECTIVE. IF THE ITEM RECEIVED IS DEFECTIVE, PLEASE CONTACT US VIA EMAIL AND INCLUDE A PICTURE OF THE ITEM (CLEARLY SHOWING THE DAMAGE) WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY. PLEASE STATE WHETHER YOU WOULD LIKE A REPLACEMENT OR A REFUND. YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL RESPONSE WITHIN 48 HOURS, EITHER REJECTING THE REQUEST OR PROVIDING THE CUSTOMER A RETURN CONFIRMATION NUMBER. THE ITEM MUST BE UNWORN WITH ALL ITS ORIGINAL TAGS. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING COSTS OR DUTY FEES. UPON RECEPTION, INSPECTION, & QUALIFICATION OF THE RETURNED ITEM, WE WILL EITHER PROCESS YOUR REFUND OR SEND OUT ANOTHER ITEM.
